Disclaimer: Googleโs latest update isnโt forgiving of low-quality or spammy content.ย
Your content should meet its E-E-A-T (which means experience, expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness) standards, even if you use AI-generated content.
So, put your own spin on it and ensure you create valuable posts that are of the highest quality.
Let me say it again.
Use AI andโthis is very importantโa mix of your own insights to create content your readers will love.
Got that? Okayyyy!
In this guide, I share 25 AI prompts I genuinely believe will make your business so much easier to run.
They will:
- Simplify your content workflow
- Help you save time working so you can spend time on what matters
- Make your content writing process better
- Help you show up consistentlyย
And before you say, โSally, do you use AI?โ
Iโm an ADHD business owner who finds ways to make my life easier and be more productive. Of course, I use AI to simplify my content workflow and save 20+ hours every single week.
Now, while I do that, I donโt let AI take over my blog, or weekly newsletter, or client projects. I use it as an assistant in the process. I mostly use it in the strategy, keyword research, and idea generation part of things.
My work is still my creative ideas.
And these arenโt some average prompts that make AI tools regurgitate the same stale ideas littering the web.
Like I said, first-grade, babyyy!
All you need to do is copy and paste them into Claude or ChatGPT and replace the things in highlighted brackets with the correct information about your business.
You can use them for several purposes, such as content strategy, keyword research, blog writing, and social media marketing.
Without further ado, letโs get into it.

Using AI Prompts Better
Here’s the one thing I’ll leave you with:
These AI prompts are a starting point, not a finish line. AI can hand you a hook, a caption, and a carousel outlineโbut it can’t hand you your actual voice, your specific stories, or the little quirks that make your content sound like you and nobody else.
So use these prompts to skip the blank page, then do the extra work of humanizing what comes out. Swap in your real words. Add the detail only you’d know. Cut the line that sounds a little too polished to be something you’d actually say.
That extra pass is what turns a generic AI output into content your audience actually recognizes as yours.
